chrony software package provides Set the computer clock from time servers on the Net, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install chrony
chrony is installed in your system.
Make ensure the chrony package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep chrony *
You will get with chrony package name, version, architecture and description in a table
